Private Pay
The cost for the initial session is $90 which last 60-75 minutes.
All session after this are $75 a session and normally last 45 to 60 minutes.

I will help you work with your insurance company and submit your claims.
Since insurance plans and EAPs may differ on their coverage you should do the following to help insure coverage.
What you should do:
1. Call the number on the back of your insurance card and make sure that your plan covers behavioral health issues. Many plans cover both medical issues and behavioral health issues. You will need to call to find out what your specific plan covers.
2. You will want to find out if you have a deductible you have to meet before your insurance company starts to pay for your counseling sessions.
3. You will also want to find out if you have co-pay for your sessions.
Once you verify that your insurance does cover counseling I will want to call and make sure I understand all the details. (I do not want you to get stuck with an unexpected bill)
Note: If you are part of an EAP network the above may not apply to you. You should call the number you have for your EAP network and let them know you want to set up a counseling appointment. They will tell you if you need to take any additional steps.
